A few simple changes for SUCCESSFULLY speaking English on the telephone

In the past, I have avoided talking to specific people on the phone. Why? Because I knew that I would not be able to understand them on the telephone. (I am specifically thinking about a Doctor from Korea, sorry Ryan!). Your sounds may not be projecting- and you may not even know it. Do yourself a favor and try this out.
